AppServ includes:

- Apache 2.2.3: cross-platform HTTP server

- PHP 5.1.6: dynamic programming language that the majority of popular content management systems uses. Perfectly integrates with MySQL and Apache.

- MySQL 5.0.24a: database management -- quick and secure.

- phpMyAdmin 2.9.0.2: graphical interface for MySQL administration.

Once AppServ is installed, you will have access to a web server and another database server, locally configured, that will allow you to perform all the necessary tests on your website before launching it online.
